We take great care to make sure your Shotglass chess set and pieces arrive in perfect condition. We carefully pack every shipment and ship via FedEx Ground for the most reliable delivery possible. We ship within 24-48 hours of receiving your order!

Shipping within the 48 states is free via FedEx Ground. International shipping is additional. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Return Policy
All purchases are final and are not subject to return. If item(s) are damaged enroute to the delivery address, we will work with you to schedule an eventual replacement. FedEx extends automatic insurance to all our shipments. By purchasing our product, customer agrees to let FedEx inspect the damaged item(s) prior to eventual exchange with us.

Out-of-Stock Merchandise
We strive to keep our entire inventory well stocked. However, sometimes under very unusual instances, certain items may be out-of-stock, usually due to circumstances beyond our control. If that ever becomes the situation for one of your requested items, we will notify you within 24 hours, to determine if you want to wait for your item to be re-stocked, or you wish to delete that item from your order. We appreciate your understanding and we will continue to provide outstanding individual customer service.
